Poise pre-manifests local union vehicles for Pahalgam, Tangmarg and Leh and costs them into your proposal, so nobody negotiates on the spot. Groups move in synchronized convoys with a Marshal: Innova Crysta for senior leaders, Force Urbania or Tempo Traveller for teams, and dedicated luggage vans alongside. Ladakh Taxi Union rules do not allow outside vehicles to do local sightseeing in Ladakh, so the approach leg and the Leh-registered leg are costed separately.
For 3 nights, Kashmir works best: Srinagar with Gulmarg or Pahalgam gives a conference day, a team experience and a gala evening without long transfers. For 6 nights, the Ladakh circuit fits: Leh, Sham Valley, Nubra, Turtuk and Pangong on our 6N/7D acclimatised framework. Ladakh is not suited to a 3-night offsite, because the first day at 3,500m has to be kept for rest.
Leh sits at about 3,500m, so every Poise Ladakh retreat opens with a structured Day 1 low-exertion agenda, followed by gradual exposure at Sham Valley before any high pass. We run oximeter checks, carry oxygen in every Ladakh vehicle, and do not schedule Khardung La early to fit a packed agenda. We also provide assistance with ILP / Ladakh environment permit and PAP documentation for your employees.
Yes. We audit banquet halls and conference rooms for generator switchover, acoustics and Wi-Fi stability, and set up AV and LED stages with dedicated bandwidth. Gala dinners can run with dedicated Pure Veg / Jain buffet counters alongside authentic Kashmiri Wazwan.
