We took a 6 days package from Poise travels. Areesa was our trip planner. She did a good job, was very patient and courteous. She delivered what was promised. I would like to mention about our Travel Companion and Guide Aadil. He helped us throughout the trip and took good care of us. He even went extra mile and took us to places we wanted to see. I would request the travel agency to add a little personal touch to the trip planning. This is the only reason one needs a travel agency, otherwise everything is available on internet today. You should guide the tourists to save them from getting looted by the photographers and Pony riders and local taxis.

We are from Bharuch, Gujarat. This was our 2nd trip with Poise Travel. Previously my father had contacted few Srinagar based tour operators to plan their trip to Kashmir and had finalised Poise Travel based on their response, quick reply, accommodating nature, budget friendly hotels and professionalism. Looking to their excellent experience we again booked our family trip for 4 persons from them. On reaching Srinagar, Adil came to pickup at airport. On first day we faced issues with hotel accommodation due to miss communication between Poise and Hotel. However, Adil, Aliya and their owner quickly came to our rescue and arranged for new hotel at midnight. To compensate for our bad experience they provided us upgraded hotel for our remaining stay at Srinagar. Aliya was very warm hearted person she always concerned about how we are doing and feeling during trip. Adil was very professional yet friendly and made our whole kasmir trip very memorable. His driving skills and knowledge about region made our trip memorable. we faced some health problems but adil was just a phone call away even at midnight. Throughout my journey,I felt cared and supported by Aliya Adil and their team. In conclusion, i highly recommend Poise Travel.just because of them our trip was stress free and very memorable trip .
